Chloe and John love craft time. I was delighted to discover Crock A Doodle – pottery painting fun for all ages. Isaac’s KinderMusik class met there for one class last month and we made a handprint tile. It’s so cute! We went back the following week and the tots had a great time as they chose and painted ornaments to give as gifts. Mama had a great time too, watching their eyes light up and their creativity spring to life {and knowing I don’t have any clean up afterwards – ha!}.
The nice thing is that there is something for every budget and they often run specials. I also like that you don’t have to make an appointment to go in. It can be a last minute, spur-of-the-moment, special treat, we-need-to-get-out-of-the-house kind of thing. Or of course you can be organized and pencil it in on your calendar.
Either way if your tots like craft time and painting, you really should explore it! And nope, I don’t get anything out of this post. I just wanted to tell you how great it was.
