My Fitness Pal (I’m getting serious here!)


So I’m having trouble losing this baby weight. I had went to Weight Watchers meetings after my previous babies, and dropped the weight but this time is different. I don’t have time for meetings and we now live half an hour away.  My ‘baby’ is two and I have yet to lose the weight.

Not that I am overly concerned about numbers but I can feel it is affecting my body, energy levels and boy, I’d love to fit some of my favorite clothes again.

A friend introduced me to My Fitness Pal. Sign up is quick, it’s FREE and it’s simple to use! The other fun thing is that you can invite friends to join and then you can interact with them on the site.

So before you know it, there will be less of me!

{and mama is down 3 pounds this week – yay!}


  1. That’s great! Good for you for moving forward! 😀 I use Daily Mile to track my workouts. It is kind of like FB, only you post your workout related stuff (and it does the math for you to let you know your pace etc.) 🙂 Studies show that weith lost quickly comes back with a few extra pounds – And that temporary changes give temporary results. My conclusion… make small, permanant changes and lose weight slowly… 🙂 I hope you are patient with yourself and experience great success!
