I love fish and liver with onions. Not at the same time of course! My husband isn’t a fan of either of those so we don’t eat them at all which is a shame since both are quite healthy in moderation. I’m trying to eat more protein to help combat the fatigue of early pregnancy so when I saw fresh tilapia on sale the other day, I scooped some up.
I did a quick fry with oil in the pan on medium heat, about 4 minutes or until it is while and flaky. I whipped up a quick home made tartar sauce, toasted my bread and assembled my sandwich. Bread, tartar sauce, fish, cheese, lettuce. Yummy.
My delish fish sandwich took less than 15 minutes start to finish to cook, assemble and eat. OK, I may have eaten a little faster than most but I’m pregnant and I was hungry 🙂
